I stayed at this hotel last night. Unfortunately, my experience at reception was disappointing. One of the female staff members was very rude and aggressive in her attitude. She did not greet or welcome us, and her tone made us feel uncomfortable. It seemed like she was speaking to customers in a harsh and intimidating way rather than providing friendly customer service. I hope the management will address this issue and provide better customer service training, as a warm and respectful welcome makes a big difference to guests’ experiences.

We absolutely loved our stay! The best part of the hotel was definitely the location. It made everything so easy, especially with our day trips, as the tour shuttles could pick us up right from the hotel. There was also so much shopping, great food, and everything we needed within easy walking distance. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived. After a long flight, they were kind enough to let us check in early, and we were even pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. We also loved the little touches, like the chocolates waiting in our room. Such a nice surprise! And the endless supply of Nespresso pods was definitely appreciated. 😊The pool and gym were also great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, and lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable!

Rooms were clean and spacious. At the time of our stay they gave us 20% discount when dining in their restaurant as well. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Location is right in the heart of Auckland's CBD and was reasonably priced, with parking available on a first-come first-serve basis. A good place to stay.
