"Hotel old and dirty. Discourteous overweight rude reception guy. No coffee left in room. Requested a room with a view. didn’t get it. A/C very noisy. We were booked in for 2 nights but one was more than enough. "

"The unit were clean, in good condition, and the beds were comfortable. Instant coffee, teabags, sweeteners, and milk were available in the room along with an electric kettle. Check in and out was simple and quick. We would stay here again."

"Satyam checked us in and he was very helpful. We had 3 rooms booked. He was ready with our keys and even recognised us by our name when we walked in. That felt so personalised. One of our rooms was on 2nd floor and he helped us with our luggage when he was just passing by and saw my girls bringing their bags up. Room was very clean Had Nespresso coffee maker. There was a microwave and a refrigerator and a stove with kitchen appliances and cookware. They have a swimming pool as well. No elevators because it’s a vintage property. Well kept Has a ballroom We didn’t try breakfast buffet as it had minimal veggie options. But we had food ordered for evening and it was very tasty."
