"The only issue I had is that when I went to take a shower....and was in the shower....I found out there was no conditioner. And that frustrated me. Otherwise...it was fine. The shuttle service to the airport was very efficient. Leaving my car in the airport lot was very nice, and very reasonably priced as well."

"Room was dirty. Staff rude. Bed frame was larger than the bed. Bathroom had someone else’s used soap in the shower and mirror was not cleaned, dusty room including bathroom. Room smelled like cigarette smoke badly and all of our things then smelled like stale smoke-even our luggage. We won’t stay here again or recommend this hotel. Pretty poor hotel for spending $260 for one night. Highly disappointed!"

"The breakfast served was good. I stayed in a junior suite. The size of the room was big enough for four people to move around. The beds were comfortable. The tv could have better placement. It was in a place to where one bed struggled to see it. The first night, with the lights off, I had a bug walking across the tv screen. I saw some decent size spiders in the room a few times. The hallway had a strange odor. Also, the business allows dogs in the premises. I witnessed a dog urinate all over the floor near the elevator while eating breakfast. When I returned to my floor, a dog had crapped all over the hallway and laundry room. Seating fills up fast for breakfast. The pavement around the property could use repavement. "

"Don't rely on the margaritaville pamphlet, the listing or the fact that free self parking is advertised. They will still charge you. The pool was so dirty you couldn't hardly see through the water, let alone the smell of feces and actual feces from bloated diapers on baby's in the water not using a swim diaper, hair extensions floating throughout the pool, wet soaked towels piled all over the pool deck and just filthy conditions. Booking here due to Margaritaville's reputations and the promise of a great pool experience will leave you lacking. If it's not the kids running through the halls screaming past 11pm, the adults arguing poolside over charges to their account, it is for sure the deceptive parking, and filthy pool. "
