"The room was fine, we didn’t use the restaurant or gym, but the staff at the Starbucks was fantastic. Nice hotel for the price, we stayed for two nights, beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. "

"The hotel overall is very nice, with a great view, reasonably priced bar, and solid food options. However, the rooms themselves feel very low quality, and the bathrooms are quite small. The walls are extremely thin—you can clearly hear neighboring rooms, and they can hear you just as easily. During our stay, our next-door neighbor actually pounded on the shared door around 11:30 PM asking us to stop talking, which really highlights the lack of soundproofing."

"Good breakfast and safe parking in the vecinity of the hotel building. There are excellent dining options nearby this hotel location. Also, this is a convenient location if planning to use Kansas City International Airport."

"The facility was wonderful; the room was cleanly appointed and the hot tub and pool were very clean and well-functioning. The only negative remarks would be the breakfast was lack luster, including eggs that felt freezer burnt. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby was disappointing because it was a machine you had to pay to use (other than a small cup of drip coffee)"

"The hotel is starting to show us age but while I was there I heard the mention that they are going to be doing a remodel this year. I am sure that will resolve any of the minor imperfections that the hotel shows. Overall this was a very solid day and I would be very happy to stay again at this location. The only drawback was a few spots of damage throughout the hotel as I'm sure it's been several years since it's been remodeled. The check-in process at the front could use some improvement as the individuals Manning the desk should not be doing this job. You do not put those individuals out there represent your company. It likes professionalism. But it wasn't enough that makes me not want to go here"
