"The location of this rental is great for getting out on the town. You’re right in the mix, close to shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is walkable and safely lit. My only wish is that there were a few fixes to broken features - the patio has a broken rail that poses a potential safety hazard, and the Beth room faucet was broken and obviously glued back together, which broke again quickly upon use. "Most staff were friendly and helpful. There was a staff member that was not very friendly or helpful. We had to move rooms and after moving rooms the new room didn't have a remote. When we went to ask for a remote the lady said she didn't have any remotes and didn't seem to want to help figure out how to get a remote. Also if you want stuff to drink get it somewhere other than the hotel because bottles of water are $4"
