Rooms were nice, nicely set up. Pretty clean. Just a bit noisy, you can hear the guests above/beside you fairly well. It’s a bit of a walk to the pool/hot tubs so be prepared when it’s not warm out. (There are change rooms at the pool) Pool is small, not very deep, and looks like it could use a good scrub. It’s definitely dated along with the tubs. The rooms seem a lot newer and cleaner in comparison. It’s a short ways out of town, but makes for better privacy.

Nice place but the sofa bed should be replaced or should provided with cover. They should also improve the smell inside the condo.

We love staying at this property. It is not fancy and the rooms are looking a little tired but the beds are always super comfy and it is usually very clean!!!

Close to the largest lake in Banff National Park. Room is spacious, clean and well-designed. The front staff are very friendly and helpful, provided lo local tour information which was much-needed for those not good at planning like us. Really appreciated.

The building we stayed needs serious upgrades including appliances, beds, sofas and chairs. The floors creak, tub and sinks need to be replaced. The sofa and coffee maker were broken. I called front desk and the staff made every single shortcomings in that place go away. Staff were so quick to respond and took care of everything with proper solutions to the issues. They are what made our stay in this old place very pleasant. We thank them for being so accommodating, efficient and guest oriented.

We had a fantastic stay at place! The communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

This property is at banff avenue which is away from the downtown but they offer free shuttle. I will definitely stay here again. Room was clean.

Always stay here with the family in the junior suite. It’s super spacious and the beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tub are awesome. The change rooms are great and clean. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here maybe 3 or 4 times over the years and some of the units are in need of some serious repairs. The floors in our unit were chipped and cracked leaving sharp edges that could potentially cut your feet. We just wore our shoes and it was fine. Other than that the units are roomy and priced very reasonable for the area.

Stayed in one of the condo options that came with a kitchen. Really liked how clean the property was and how nice the staff was. Had a small noise issue the first night (loud bang noises scattered throughout the night) and was told that it would be investigated when we told the front desk the next day. Had no issues the next day. You can slightly hear the train's horn in the distance, but otherwise, the area was quiet and an easy 5-minute drive to downtown Banff.

Overall our stay was great. Just a few things to improve on. Gutters leaked on the walkways/stairway entrances and the parking lot by 2600/2700 was completely flooded so we could not park there.
