Hi Ken, Thank you for your suggestion. Our King studio does have microwave and kitchenet, queen studio doesn't. However, there is microwave in the guest laundry.

Cosy unit and thank you to the office lady for confirming upgraded room. Neighbour was noisy and one unit 2 doors down, occupant was walking around naked with door open. (difficult to manage I guess) Safety of other occupants.

Dirty, dead cockaroaches on ground, bedding looked used. For the price they are asking I would have expected better service. Wouldn't recommend

Stayed here for two nights. On arrival we were upgraded at no extra cost to a bigger room. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend.

The room was clean and tidy. However, it had some weird smell. I thought it was cigarette, not sure what it was but it was coming from the pillows. So I had to throw the pillows down on the floor, cover my nose with the bed sheet which smelled fresh thankfully.. The lady was nice and pleasant but unfortunately there is an issue with cleaning of the room.

Rooms are a bit dated but the shower pressure made up for it. Easy to find off the motorway and it was easy to walk to westfield new market and other places. Nice quiet area

It’s in a quiet area not far from west field shopping centre Newmarket. There’s good access to public transport close by too . Over all it’s pretty good considering the price.

The property was very close to Newmarket. It was a bit noisy with the trains running behind the unit, but other than that was good.

Terribly disappointing
Was really disappointing overall, the bed was absolutely shocking not suitable for a motel far to soft and sagged in middle most uncomfortable sleep I have ever had at paid accommodation! Terrible condensation on windows absolutely drenched we had to mop it up each day with towels as they don’t service the rooms, really needs double glazing. Terrible Mould on ‘clean’ bathmat which with 30 seconds mould off there is absolutely no excuse for this whatsoever. Felt like it needed a real deep clean. On a positive was close to dilworth bus stop. Sadly I would not stay here again nor do I recommend at all.

No cooking facilities, room was supposed to be a executive suite but was more like a standard room, mould on the rubber bath mat loose shelf in the bathroom, definitely not an executive suite.

Hi Ronnie,Thanks for your booking, the room you booked does not include the kitchenette we provide coffee and tea facilities. But the other type of room King studio should be more suitable for your needs which include King size bed and cooking facilities, stove, and microwave, as well as walk-in shower.
