The room was very - very small, only one chair for two guests. No microwave, no cutlery only 2 coffee cups. Floor light was shining in under the door, very unpleasant. Room was clean, could do a new mattress.

Parking should be bult into the price of the room not expecting a $30.00 bill to park in a hotel that I am staying at overnight. very expensive. Did not expect to have thumping noise above my head whilst drying to sleep, sounded like workman working, but not sure what it was and never heard back from receiption.

A little away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a 9 minute walk to the The Strand. Nice room and the bed was soft, like sleeping on a cloud. (Con) The shower, it took 10 minutes to heat up but after, it was heaven. There is a gap between the door and the wall for the water to leak out so you will need an extra towel down there or your clothes will be wet.

Room generally quiet and safe good tv bed quite nice good blanket and sheet. Shower a bit hard to set tempreture and also ventialtion of shower room insufficient but can leave door open and use aircon.

Great place to stay if you are going to an event at Spark Arena as it is within easy walking distance. Guest car park is very convenient but it would be a very tight squeeze if you have an SUV or Ute. The room interior was very tired and needed some work and TLC but it was clean and fairly comfortable for a one night stay. Customer service was excellent and with a quick and easy check-in and check-out.

The jewel in the Copthorne's crown are its wonderful people - a great staff from Managers to Housekeepers. Exceptionally helpful, kind, efficient and professional. Harbour view rooms have the advantage of having small balconies with double doors that can be opened to let in fresh air and have lovely views without being looked in on. The restaurant has well-priced, delicious and generous breakfast options, and offers a nice selection of beautifully prepared lunch and dinner menu choices that offer good value for money, and competitive local options if you want to eat in house.

Room was old and outdated, Aircon didn't work had to sleep with the door open since no windows. Bathroom fan didn't work. No hot chocolate. Lack of bed pillows. Place needs more parking! Definitely should have been cheaper than the price I paid! Otherwise great staff experience and perfect location!!

We had a great stay here. Smaller rooms but they're also well priced. Location is very central which meant we didn't have to drive anywhere.

the hotel is old and tired, the hotel suffered from a lack of maintenance with several issues, service at reception was good but were told there was room service available but when we got back to room was told it shuts off at 9pm.

The staff were friendly and helpful the bed comfortable not hard not soft but car parks too small the building is not only old and dated there is a lot of small repairs that have been ignored there is suppose to be a buffet breakfast but instead they changed it that morning to a hybrid breakfast which was some of the buffet good but limited. It’s not what you would expect with a Copthorne hotel

When we checked in my partner noticed a used ear swab that was placed on the skirting near the floor which is disgusting. There were also almonds on the floor, we didn’t have these almonds so it was clear that the floor was not vacuumed before we checked in. The shower was also filthy and there was soap scum around the base of the shower, and the glass in the shower was all smeared and dirty. For the amount of money we spent for 4 nights I thought that the cleanliness would have been A LOT better. Due to staffing issues the bar and kitchen were also closed, a very disappointing stay to say the least.

Hot water ... Good. Asked for morning wake up call. Never got one. $400 deposit is an outrageously bad idea. The Savoy doesn't do that. Needs a microwave in the room

Room needs upgrading
The room looked as though it required a major upgrade. There were broken tiles in the bathroom, dried paint on the toilet seat, shower cubicle was leaking water. The carpet did not look clean. The furniture in the room was outdated.
