Met by Rupert and taken through this beautiful house to our wonderful room with veranda and pool and hot tub.Service amazing and its really an amazing place.It is worth every penny.Spoil yourself!!! Thank you Rupert and all the staff for your excellent service.

The hotel is truly 5 star, spotlessly clean everywhere, gleaming marble floors, highly professional and courteous staff who cannot do enough for you, I am slightly disabled (on permanent crutches) and asked for a room to be ready early so I could adjust from a long 2 hour car journey - this was no problem and the staff met me at my car parking bay to assist me to the room! No fussy check in or out, another bonus, and the food was again 5star. We were attending a family wedding and this was beautiful with the staff effortlessly ensuring the venue and services were delivered in 1st class time and style. I can't wait to stay again and am planning to hold a birthday event there based on my experience of the hotel and staff.

I flew in from the west coast of the US and needed a place to stay the night prior to setting out. Airport hotels are... airport hotels. The Olde Bell showed up as within 30 minutes from Heathrow, right on the Thames. The drive was simple, the hotel immaculate. All the touches of a fine old hotel. I will be bringing the family back next time!
