"The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quieter area close to a few beaches but further away from the louder parts of Quinta Avenida which was nice but also close enough to the excitement. The room was nice and spacious. The rooftop pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again."

"We love this hotel, but has changed since our last visit (August 2025) it's going down, we found little things that they're not the same. Breakfast was good, rooms had a lot mosquitoes ( we never had this problem before) I love that they care for the pets. The check in and check out was fast. Abilene and Gerardo We're very friendly and helpful."
