We were told our room was cancelled and was offered a room a few blocks away. A good thinking staff was able to find a cancellation and we were very grateful as we could join our friends who had been there four nights before. We saw what we could in the two and a half days in New York.

We were welcomed by Sam who was great. We had trouble with the safe but the staff not only sorted it but made my bed up! Breakfast was a bit 'samey' but you didn't go hungry. Free internet access was a bonus. We would stay there again

Absolutely loved the area and our stay here. We have been to New York and have stayed in several different areas of the city. This is now our favorite and we will return for sure. The hotel staff was wonderful the breakfast served every morning was a wonderful treat and a great start to our day.

I have never written a trip advisor review before but after staying in hotel felt I had to. Saw hotel originally on trip advisor and have to say wasn't dissappointed. Lovely hotel in a central location a few minutes walk from Grand Central Station. Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and even booked taxi to take us back to the airport. At bottom of road there was a Subway, pizza shop and Chinese which you could take back to hotel and eat in their dining area. Coffee available 24/7 again in dining area. As it was our first visit to NYC I was anxious about choosing an area to stay in and would definitely recommend this hotel. Will stay in when we come back to NY.

Each year I go to New Jersey and each year I stay at the Courtyard. I am never disappointed with the hotel or staff which is the reason I stay there year after year. Looking forward to next years trip and my stay.
