"We arrived earlier and wanted to leave luggages until check in time but front desk person was so kind allowing us to checkin earlier making extra time spend inside during the heat wave. Room was also clean and well air conditioned. Bed was super comfortable. Room was so quiet and no noise coming from busy nyc streets."

"We stayed the first night in a very small room that even though was a non smoking room it did have a distinct smell of stale smoke. We spoke with Mohammad on reception and we were upgraded free of charge to a room about 3 times bigger with walk in wardrobe and very spacious bathroom with a great view of some of NYC's iconic landmarks. We were totally blown away by the size and comfort of the room. Special thanks to Mohammad for being so accommodating."

"The staff was great! And hotel is walking distance to main attractions but also getting some quietness. Unfortunately the bar & library were closed most of the day which we were not able to enjoy during our stay. The food in the hotel was honestly the worse for the location and price. I had a pizza that taste like cardboard & their carpet hasn’t been washed in years: super gross."
