"My flight was delayed overnight and I wasn't able to check in until 7 am. I called the hotel 3 different times to let them know to hold my room due to purchasing my stay online. When I arrived after my one 1/2 hour flight taking 23 hours to get to New York due to mechanical issues and weather delays I was ready to rest. I was informed by the front desk that I was a no show and my reservation was canceled. After showing my phone and the name of the Front Desk person that I had notified them of the delay and waiting 20 minutes the issue was resolved. The elevators were typical of NY slow and busy one was down, the room King size bed and mini kitchen were nice. This hotel is within walking distance of all of Broadway and very easy to get back and forth to Times Square. The hotel was quiet at night and I felt safe at the hotel. The cleaning staff were very nice and professional. The local shops around the hotel had quick and easy take out to get. I would stay here again and make sure your room isn't near the elevators it gets loud due to one being down and you have to wait some. Plan ahead to get down to the lobby. The lobby was clean and no non hotel guests were hanging out in the lobby. I enjoyed how close it was to Times Square and the quietness of the street."
