The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient. While it is an older-style property, it has been well maintained, though it could benefit from some updates. The double-bed rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they were clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everyone. Jackie and all the others were so helpful in person and on the phone. We used valet parking which worked well the room was wonderful. The location is great for walking to Times Square. The theaters etc. Getting the subway. Getting cabs. Definitely would stay there again!!!

The entire staff at this hotel was remarkable. The price to stay here for 4 nights with kids was affordable and worth it. The accommodations of restaurant and bar available to purchase food despite cold weather outside was very convenient. I would definitely go back and book with this hotel again.

Great stay for a couple. The room was spacious (especially by NYC standards), had a nice view of Times Square and great shower pressure. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating.
