The hotel is near a lot of underground shopping and restaurant areas. This can make navigation a bit tricky because it's not always clear if the place you are looking for is street level or below. The room was a decent size, but the beds were much closer that expected. Our room had three beds. There was a small walking space between the two larger beds. The smaller bed was touching a wall on one side and the larger bed on the other. There wasn't a lot of room for luggage, but the bathroom was a reasonable size.

The hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable, even if a little small. The guest lounge with free coffees and soft drinks was very welcome after busy days out and about.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The location is fine. You can walk to the Osaka Castle. There is a train station nearby. Breakfast is great. Staff is very helpful.
