The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with excellent exterior lighting that made me feel secure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making for a very positive experience.

The property was really clean and well-maintained. Everyone was super helpful when we needed something. We stayed during the week, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't take advantage of the bowling alley. In addition, we didn't utilize the pool or fitness center, so I can't speak to those. The room was big and clean. We ate in the bar/dining room several times. It would be great if there was a little more to the menu, and they served a little later, but overall, the food was really good, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Let me start by saying the staff at the front desk restaurant & housekeeping went above and beyond. All were extremely nice. However, the Hotel definitely needs updating. Our room had an unbearable order as if something died in the room. (Spoiled meat or Smelly Feet). When we called after coming back to our room that night and again at 2 AM in the morning we were told no other rooms were available. We were moved to another room the following day. As well as heard quest in nearby rooms complain of the same. The outside parking lot as well as the side entrance is in need of repair. There are multiple potholes. The side entrance, the stairs are cracked and there is no side railing other than the one coming up the steps. If someone was to lose their balance, there is nothing to stop them from falling a good 3 feet off to the side. Both the parking lot and side entrance is an accident waiting to happen. Bar area had people (not hotel guest) just hanging out on the couches watching a game. No drinks in their hands just hanging out. Several guests did question this since they were loud and obnoxious. The last time I stayed here the hotel was so much nicer cleaner and safe. This would not be a recommend Hotel. As a retired Hotel Reviewer, I would definitely fail this Hotel.
