Immaculate hotel with great staff. First time in Chamonix, and everyone went out of their way to make it a great stay. Ski shop team was great help in navigating the various areas and transfers.

The rooms were clean and sparse. The loft rooms were fun with kids but would be very difficult for anyone over 6’ to manage. The staff was okay. They weren’t exceptionally friendly.
