Few thing felt not quite right. One waitress at breakfast was quite impolite, nevertheless the rest of the staff was great. Room was nice but a number of things needed attention, such as the WiFi not working or the bathtub half blocked. Things got eventually solved, but with a bit too many reception calls than you would have liked on holiday. Generally though, it was good.

We stayed here for a week, and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond for my friends birthday. The hotel itself was stunning and spotless. Honestly not sure I'll be able to stay anywhere else if we visit Paris again. Best holiday ever.

The room was clean l. However the air conditioning didn't work. The room was facitthe road and even with the windows and shutter down it was far too noisy. The bed has a dip in the middle, so it made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Overall a really nice stay for location.

Best hotel location for Eiffel Tower. We were able to walk short distances to everywhere. Service was very good. Hotel is clean. The rooftop bar was closed which was a bummer. That would’ve been nice to see.
