Australia - New Zealand and the South Pacific Mountain Holidays

It was a nice stay, everything as expected n even they upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. Nice n convenient location with amazing views from the property. Friendly n helpful staff

Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good.

The apartment was fantastic. So big with magical views and so quiet. An extra 5 min walk into town which was picturesque. There was a bus stop right out the front of the villas and the beds were so comfortable. Staff were great. Would re-book without hesitation.

Great position, views, proximity to Queenstown and other areas, comfortable and the scale of the hotel makes it pleasant.
