Location was convenient and walkable to all the major sites. There was a mistake at check-in through my booking so I paid for an upgrade. The staff at check-in were helpful. Unfortunately, our fridge and coffee maker and kettle were not working as the electricity was out in that station and had an engineer come up in the morning to verify. Which meant we could not have a tea at night And we had to throw away the food. We brought back to the hotel and we could not make ourselves a coffee in the morning while getting ready which was inconvenient. I went downstairs to talk to The front desk staff and they told me I could purchase a coffee at the , considering we were staying in the larger suites, which was a huge upgrade they did not seem very accommodating for helping us to find a coffee in the morning. And then went to the breakfast bar manager, and he allowed us to get a coffee from the coffee machine. You would think they would offer us a free coffee for the inconvenience of none of our machines working in the room or maybe even a free breakfast for the inconvenience but the front desk staff in the morning were rude. Other than that, our room was nice but again we paid for this large upgrade shortly layover in London
