you have to pay a deposit upon check in, if you do not order anything then nothing gets charged and you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days from checkout. it’s been a week for me and i still haven’t received any refund, and the phone calls are not helpful.

Lovely people, from the front desk to housekeeping. Just super kind and helpful. This is a wonderful spot in a perfect location. Close enough to the chaos, but not too close.

Room was great. Water faucet handles could’ve been fastened better and were sloppy. Water leaked under the glass shower door badly on the floor. Please be aware that the Expedia charges a destination fee. It is not the prepaid for the resort fee $35 per night as we were shocked to have to pay at checkout “fine print” of course and not the “Destination Charge”.
