  • La Vieille Ecole is a holiday home created from an early 20th-century schoolhouse, located in the small village of Reclou, Montjovet. Renovated in 2015, it preserves its simple, authentic spirit, offering a welcoming place where you can truly unwind.



    The house accommodates up to four guests and is ideal for those seeking a break from daily hustle, perfect for a holiday surrounded by mountain tranquility. I personally welcome guests at check-in to provide a warm greeting and share tips about the area.



    The house is in a peaceful yet convenient location for exploring the surroundings. Mont Avic Park is nearby, as are Lake Villa above Challand-Saint-Victor and the Isollaz waterfalls, perfect for nature walks.



    Pets are welcome on request and for an additional fee to be arranged on site. The small rural garden is currently unfenced; we recommend supervising your four-legged friends.



    For summer comfort, the house is equipped with tower fans in the bedrooms.



    La Vieille Ecole is a simple place—a retreat where you can slow down, breathe, and rediscover the pleasure of silence.
