"My husband and I stayed for only one night in Jul after an overnighter on Halong Bay. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite; it was a huge room with lots of natural light. The amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable, I wish we had stayed at this hotel for the few nights we had been in Hanoi before Halong Bay. The staff were very attentive and really went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Great location in town. Overall, definitely recommend."

"This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top. My group consisted of eight people and we were all very grateful to have stayed here. Please don’t skip the rooftop, the bites and cocktails up there are amazing!"

It’s people like Nhi that will make me return again and again to the Grand whenever I’m back in Hanoi. Hotel rooms where spotless breakfast was amazing. Emma was another amazing Grand DU Luc team member that stood out. Truly made our stay amazing and I can’t say enough how much it meant that Nhi helped us out in one of our hardest moments when we left Hanoi only to return. I will never forget how amazing this hotel and staff are."
