El hotel es muy bonito y esta limpio. Esta centrico, puedes llegar a cualquier parte con facilidad. Les falta poner mas toallas, si somos 4 huespedes deberian de poner 4 toallas y no dos, los colchones estan demasiado duros e incomodos al igual que las almohadas. Todo lo demas esta bien

The staff is nice. Property not bad but still when you go inside the shower it smells (water drainage). Also they should have warmer heater for the pool is so cold.

Very basic get what you paid for room & hotel. My room specifically had only ONE working light in the bathroom (none in the room).also the restaurant charges for everything (even ice)

Economic hotel, good value for money.
I had to go close to Oaxtepec and wanted an economic hotel. I found this one on Expedia and I would recommend it. Well maintained, nice staff. Is not fancy at all. As a matter of fact Oaxtepec is not perceived in Mexico as a fancy destination but more an economic place to have some fun at water parks, etc. Most guests are simple people. Seems family oriented. Ample parking space and well kept gardens.

Wifi need improvement More poolchairs and chairs are required in common areas food and staff at the restaurant was great pool too cold. A heater woud be great

Only inconvenience they close the front gate at11 and it's no any ring bell and nobody attend the phone line to open the gate after 11

Nice hotel worth the value
My experience was good, I travelled with some friends and we needed a triple room, which is kind of difficult to get, but in this case we got a marvelous offer and we decided happily to choose this hotel. We only had a problem, which was a religious group that started to sing since 9 am in a meeting room next to our room.

Good for the price, but....
The room was big and comfortable, even if there was only a fan and not air conditioning, but the bathroom smelled bad. We stayed two nights, but they put toiletries only for the first day. They offer internet in the room but we could never conect, even in the area close to the office,

Todo bien, solo en mi habitación, el ventilador no daba mucho aire , y por la noche,si nos tuvimos que levantamos abrir la puerta porque sentimos mucho calor, sería bueno que los renovarán o dieran mantenimiento., pero en general me gusto mucho.

Esta comoda yo pedi de 3 camas, son comodas, y tiene su mesa con sillas lo unico malo es que deben modernizar el aire acondicionado son ventiladores son ruidosos y se necesitan 2 por habitacion

El hotel se ve bien, áreas verdes,hay mantenimiento, pero hace falta el AIRE ACONDICIONADO EN LA HABITACIÓN los ventiladores no son suficientes, no pude descansar me lente varias veces a hidratar me, el desayuno muy sabroso el trato de las personas que me atendieron de lo mejor, en cuanto tengan aire acondicionado sera mi lugar favorito, se que se incrementara el precio pero, estoy dispuesto a pagar la o las noches que decida quedarme, un saludo...
