The establishment is easy to locate. Staff are attentive and spoke English well, that made communication very smooth. Showers, bathroom and sleeping area are very clean, very quiet. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would choose this place again when i come to visit Yokohama.

This place is great! Very comfortable and plenty of amenities for everyone. I do wish the capsule beds had doors instead of just curtains, but it was a great experience nonetheless.

Its a bed and an onsen.

I have stayed at this capsule + twice and capsual + in Shinjuku both were great love the onsen so nice after a long day walking arounf Toyko. The capsuls are modetn and pretty big. The breakfast is at a restaraunt right down the road it is a choice of 4 sandwich and a drink.

This capsule hotel was fun but a bit pricey for the experience. I thought that the women’s side had a sauna as well but I think it was just the men’s side! Nonetheless, I had a great experience here and I think every traveler should experience a capsule hotel at least once. It was pretty comfortable and close to Yokohama station which was convenient! I liked the ambience of the place.

スーツケースを置いておくスペースが狭く、スーツケースの中身を取り出したりしまったりをそのスペースでしてしまうと他の方々が入れなくなってしまうのですが、そのスペースを出たらすぐに廊下でそこも邪魔になると考えるとどこで出し入れすべきか分からず一部の方に迷惑をかけてしまったと思われるので何かしらの解決法を提案・案内して頂けたら嬉しかったです。でも、室内は静かで綺麗で総合的にはとても良かったです。

とても素晴らしかったです。超おすすめです。 ・女性専用の階はカードキーで管理されていて安心 ・個室は荷物が置けるスペース、お化粧ができる鏡、鍵付きボックス、折りたたみ机、ハンガー、室内飲食okなど、利用者側へ最大限配慮 ・テレビや通話okでスゴイ。ただ大きく話し過ぎると丸聞こえでした。 ・共有ルームも可愛らしい内装で、アメニティも充実。 1つだけ改善していただければ…共有ルームのドライヤースペースですが、荷物を置ける場所があると便利だなと思いました。シャワーから出て来て、服などの荷物を置く所がなく、隣の席に置いてドライヤーをしていました。 あとは言うことなしでした。快適な空間をありがとうございました！
