"Airport shuttle and breakfast was not available. But it was showing both included when I booked hotel. So I paid extra for both $ 21+20=$41.00. Also I paid $35 extra for early check in and check out. JAL hotel should give flexible check ins because customers check in depends on flight arrival time. I guess JAL serves mostly airports customers. I travel lots South Asia and Europe last 20 years but never have issue like this. Otherwise I was good. Thanks"

"This was our second time staying here on this trip. We stayed here when we first arrived in Japan and were able to leave our luggage here while we made a 4 day trip up north. It was nice to come back and have our luggage in our room waiting for us. Overall a good stay."

Nobody tells you that if you don’t have a Japanese SIM card you can’t access their Jim when I brought this to the attention of the staff. They offered two solutions one go buy a Chinese SIM card to find another gym both equally unhelpful and showed a complete lack of empathy or interest The whole state was like this From check-in to check out. For check-in, they would allow you to check in early for a fee, even though they stated the room is ready Then once you agreed to the fee, they said oh at this time we have to have that by another $20-$80 Australian I caution travellers to never use this hotel"
