"Heater/AC unit was noisy. Requested a room change and was told totally booked and would changed the next day. Said they would send maintenance up but never came. Next day at 12:10pm was told 20 minutes until another room would be ready. Still no maintenance. Not a good sleeping night 1 and all morning. Room change at 2:30. Thought I would be prioritized. I thought wrong! Day and night 2 was fine. Breakfast was fine but not as many options as other Fairfield’s I’ve stayed at."

"Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warwick is an enjoyable stsy. It is in close proximity to T.F. Green International Airport. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, renovations are needed in some areas such as furniture, bathroom fixtures, and tiles. Moreover, the breakfast is tasty and satisfying. This is a property worth visiting again and again."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel bed was super comfortable, parking was a breeze and the front desk was helpful. One small complaint I had was the TV. Sometimes it would short in and out for a few seconds. Another small complaint was the shades for the window. I love having a little sunlight come in but I felt the shade going up and down was inconsistent to my liking. Overall the stay was great. I love the location as it’s close to downtown Newport. It was great for the cost too! I will definitely stay there again."
