Tim at the front desk was excellent. He gave us lots of great information about sites to visit in Newport. Paula was excellent as well. She moved us quickly from room 200 which has a lot of street noise and was also great to work with.

The hotel room was very nice especially if you’re staying a few days. We were only there one night and didn’t have the opportunity to use all of the amenities. Tim at the front desk was very nice nd informative. The location is perfect and the parking was convenient. I would been happier if the bathroom counter was larger and if there was better lighting in the bedroom. We will definitely consider staying at the NBCR again.

Turned out to be a lucky find for us! Lovely room that felt very comfortable and was very convenient to local sights, restaurants, and shopping. Walkable to the Newport Gulls stadium, which was also one of our goals. I agree with some other reviewers that there was noise from adjacent rooms, but fortunately our neighbors were relatively quiet. Would stay here again to enjoy downtown!

Check in was easy and quick. The Townhouse was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice to have except for the seagulls that kept hanging around and squawking (I think past guests may have feed them). Parking is expensive 35.00 per day plus tax. Unfortunately it rained 2 of our 3 night stay but it was still enjoyable.

Front desk staff are absolutely amazing. We had friends come to join us for the second night of our stay and they found us a two bedroom suite and made the move so easy. The rooms were impeccable and the location is absolutely the best. Except for going to the beach we were able to park our car and walk everywhere. We have stayed here many many times, so many I couldn't begin to count. Never a negative experience.

Love the multi floor concept and balconies on both! Located in the middle of everything. Borrowed a DVD for an early night. Staff friendly and services surprised us with an unrequited room refresh. Not fancy schmancy but neither am i.

Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Location is excellent. We stayed in a 4th floor suite. The bedroom was located up a narrow spiral staircase. It might be hard for some guests to get up that staircase - especially with large luggage.

I liked that it was basically a one bedroom apt. Clean, super convenient to everything. Didn’t live that window in bedroom didn’t open. Light over sink flickered consistently- so we turned it off. It was a little noisy due to location but that wa ok- I bring ear plugs. Staff was great and view from observation deck of sunset amazing !

Amazing hotel the room are very specious with up stairs and downstairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful to where to visit around the area. The hotel is closed to all the restaurants, so all you have to do it park and walk!
