Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building."

"We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. "Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!...

"The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. "My best friend was getting married in Newport and we rented this loft for a short stay. From the moment I booked this, to the moment we checked out, everything was seamless and easy. Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful! My family, including my 11 month old, was comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely book again!"
