Tremendously delightful stay during jazzfest weekend! Location was second to none and the complimentary bags of ice on each floor were a major plus. Pricy, but absolutely worth it. Thank you!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Clean, amazing views and so central to everything you could imagine in that area (i.e., shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.). Staff and cleaners were super friendly and knowledgeable about any question(s) we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will not only be back soon, but also will be sure to recommend this hotel to any of our family/friends that may be going to Newport! Thank you for an amazing pre-birthday weekend :)

This is a great, central location. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, for the price the room was disappointing. There is no refrigerator. You have to request one and hope they have enough. Also, there is no closet and the bathroom was claustrophobic.

Fantastic hotel, perfect location, lovely clean well equipped rooms and the best staff ever. Nothing was a problem, provided cups of tea anytime we wanted it and lent us an umbrella for the passing storm. Would definitely stay again.

Not our cup of tea. Hate going to lobby for coffee, having to fill a container for drinking water. Very small room. Really smelly soap products. No frill hotel, It is a great location though.
