Location was excellent for walking to the cliff walk and beach one way and to retail the other way on Memorial Blvd. Very comfortable room with AC. Did not have to use the baseboard heat. My wife and I had a very nice visit to Newport."

"I could not say enough about the Viking hotel in Newport, Rhode Island! My stay was exceptional, the food was off the charts, the accommodations were wonderful, there was just such a wonderful BUZZ going around in the hotel. People were coming for weddings and parties and everybody was so gracious. The shop did not disappoint either. The chocolate croissant, the amazing cappuccino. The highlight was probably when I arrived, and I had the most amazing Barada, oysters, and a glass of rosé. I will be going back for sure, I would like it to be every month!"
