Artsy, well stylized and spacious rooms, sophisticated breakfast including strudels, fresh made yoghurt and specialty items like honeycomb, beautiful garden, courteous staff, hotel parking available, but 1-2 block walk. I would love returning to Innsbruck to stay here longer and enjoy the city."

The employee who checked us in made a concerted effort to find a restaurant to suit my wife's palette.. she spoke Spanish fuently.. many thanks to her.. highly recommended hotel for families too. They have interconnecting rooms and the hotel helped us with arranging these rooms for our family.. our kids were thrilled and so were we."

"The rooms and staff were great tho the AC was a challenge. Hotel controls the temperature. We were there during the record heat wave so they get a pass as Europeans dont normally see those temps in June. The hotel is close to public transport and if you stay 2 nights or more you can get a pass to ride in Innsbruck. The breakfast buffet is good and the facility is nice. My only complaint is they have this great restaurant and only 1 cook. I was told it was just our dumb luck he was off when we were there. We had been traveling all day in 98 degree weather and starving. To tired to go out and all they had to offer was pizza one step above a frozen one. Come on Hilton hire another cook!"
