Room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! The receptionists was very nice and ambiance was certainly cozy and calm. Central to everything, close to old town, and great restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again in the future!

The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay.

A good hotel in a great location. Seriously perfect just 80m or so from the main street and tourist hub. Still it is super quiet. Room was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely old school feel about it. The room key on the heavy brass fob for example and the breakfast lounge as part of the classic cafe which dates back to 18 something. Misses a bar but plenty in the neighbourhood. I think we'll be back.

Staff was friendly and room was great. Only issue is the ski shuttle didn’t start yet even though one of the ski resorts the shuttle takes you too is opened. They should add the shuttle dates to the profile.
