"The property was located on a "pedestrian street", so a call to the hotel directed us to a parking garage a block away. The hotel was in a popular area of town and was in the center of many activities, shops, and restaurants. On Sunday morning, an orchestra entertained us with a concert on the sidewalk. The hotel has a remarkable history back to 1380. Many plaques and materials described the royal and historical visitors. The breakfast buffet was the nicest we saw on our trip, where we stayed at 7 hotels in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. A delightful stay, and one we'll definitely return to!"

"Our check-out person, Vittoria was fantastic! She helped correct our parking issue since our check-in gal did not explain that our pass was good for 2 nights. Vittoria was very pleasant and helpful. I wish we had her at check-in as I recommended this hotel to 4 additional couples/rooms. Not once did our check-in person smile or offer to get help for 5 couples baggages when checking into The Penz! Also, we did not get the breakfast but 2 couples did and they told us it was 5 stars with lots of unusual breakfast items."

"Fantastic accommodations with a great location in the heart of Innsbruck. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go and the top floor rooms had sunrooms which were incredible."

"Great location close to the train station. Beautiful views of the mountains from the room as well. We arrived and had dinner at their restaurant that was decorated nicely like an lodge. Rooms were nice and a big bathroom as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well."

"Great staff! Location is wonderful, short walk to train station and various tourist activities. Decent gym for hotel. Lots of free weights, treadmills and cables. Wish the sauna was open longer!"
