Everything was good. All staff was kind and helpful! Especially the one(I think she is manager or senior staff in the hotel) who worked in breakfast restaurant gave me impressive feeling. She helped the old man to make a hot tea with a really considerate attitude. I was touched her service!

Excellent hotel

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Close to the train station and the centre of Innsbruck. The room is big enough with everything you need! Comfortable beds, AC, lovely big bathroom. We had breakfast one morning but it is quite expensive given the food choices. Overall would recommend this hotel!
