"Stayed here Monday to Friday and from beginning to end this was a phenomenal stay. The staff were great and courteous always with a smile on their faces. The location is truly great. On checkin I asked to be put on the highest room and they were happy to oblige and the view all over Innsbruck was unreal. The bar and food area on the 12th floor is really nice and clean and the staff there were the best. The prices of the food and drinks is cheaper than you would think from a hotel of this...

"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."

"This is a wonderful hotel near the center of Alpbach. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious with fresh and quality selections including eggs cooked to order. On-site parking. There is a well stocked honor bar on the lower level. The free city pass which allows you to take a free the bus to the local ski mountain for a ride to the top is a nice benefit. Lastly, if you stay here you will get a chance to meet one of the treasures of Alpbach, Gitte (Brigitte)....

"This hotel was very nice. It's a bit of a walk from the centre, but served our needs perfectly. It was warm and clean, and had a good bathroom. We were able to get a taxi to the airport in the early hours. The only possible reservation is that the bed is quite small for two adults, but we managed fine."
