Wonderful facility. Rooms are really nice. Great staff and a nice restaurant on site. Cool view of the mountains, ski jump and Inn River. It’s a bit of a far walk to the city center, but the bus stop is right out front and very convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

We LOVE Innsbruck ❤️ This hotel was not located in the center of town but it was a short and beautiful walk away:) We loved the convenience of parking our car, which can sometimes not to easy. Our room was very nice and comfortable:)

Great Location, Stuffy Staff

Location, rooms, food were excellent. Some staff seemed stuffy. This may have been due to English not being their primary language. There was a problem with the check in. The hotel said I had booked twice. It took a while to straighten out but, in the end, they dropped the additional room.

Super für einen Städtetrip. Ab 2 Übernachtungen kann man die Welcome Card an der Rezeption holen mit der man umsonst den Nahverkehr nutzen kann und auch viele andere Ermäßigungen. Parken beim Hotel ist umsonst was ein riesen Vorteil ist nach dem Innsbruck eine Parkzone ist. Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen.

Das wahrscheinlich beste Hotel in dem ich war. Viel richtig und gut gemacht aber nicht perfekt Gutes: - Super Aussicht auf die Berge in unserem Zimmer - Kühlschrank im Zimmer - Eigener TV Kanal mit Infos über das Hotel/ Speisekarte und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung - Unfassbar gutes Essen und Trinken an der Hotelbar und dem Restaurant - Einfacher Checkin und Checkout - Checkout bis 11 - Wasserkocher und kleine Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee - Sehr sauber - Parkplätze vor der Tür mit Ladestationen - Schoki auf dem Kopfkissen. Solche kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten sind einfach toll und vermitteln Detail Liebe Nicht so gutes: - Bettlaken etwas knisterig, aber persönliche Präferenz - Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht bedienen wenn es "normale" Temperaturen hat. Hier würde ich mir mehr Autonomie wünschen statt Bevormundung

Godt hotel med alt i orden

Et nyere pænt hotel, hvor alt er i orden. Her var P-plads til bilen da vi ankom, selv om der ikke så ud til at være mange pladser tilbage. Vi havde udsigt til bjergene fra vores værelse på 6. Værelse og bad var rene og i orden. Maden var udmærket, selv om vi mangler vores danske brød, men det kan vi ikke forvente når vi er sydpå.
