We had an early morning train out of Innsbrook, and the hotel is just steps away from the train station. An excellent way to go!

This was a great place because of its close proximity to the train station. It was also easily walkable to all the attractions I wanted to visit. However, I found that the breakfast was very overpriced for a small selection of items. The view from the restaurant was amazing.

I found my room to be comfortable and clean, and the views amazing. Watched the sunset from my bed. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Connections awesome, as the hotel is right next to the railway station. Breakfast was good but pretty basic. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would absolutely come back.

Wasn’t impressed but a good location for a quick stop over from train station. Room was very small and overlooked train tracks, no view. For a longer stay, I would recommend Adlers Hotel at the end of the street instead — beautiful view and pleasant staff for around the same price.

Really pleasant staff throughout and when the shower broke they had it repaired with a new shower head by the time we returned from our evening meal. Amazing service!

Great location, good hotel

Amazing location - don't even have to cross the street to get to hotel from the train and bus station, yet the neighborhood is still nice. Staff was courteous, room was clean. Only knock is that bed could have been a little more comfortable. Coverings was a duvet, which so many hotels are using now.

Enjoyed the Motel One in Innsbruck. Very convenient location, right next to the OBB train station. The facility is very nice, clean and cosy. The staff were very nice. No coffee machine in the room, but you can go to the top floor bar to get a coffee and other drinks. Was only a few mins walk to the Christmas Market Plaza.

Another wonderful Motel One, right beside Innsbruck train station, same usual Motel One quality, I had a corner room and had amazing views. Bar on top floor was nice with great views also.

Decent location, but others aren’t exaggerating about the small room size - it’s tiny. Also, I’ve never stayed in a hotel that doesn’t provide a coffee maker/kettle, which was quite inconvenient

Loved this accommodation, the staff were friendly and approachable. Although situation about the main train station, we did not hear a thing. The room was nice, clean and the views were spectacular. Loved every minute.

The rooms were great and most of the staff were super friendly, except for one of the female staff members. It started off ok, but when she handed me my key, she didn't say anything. She didn't repeat the room number or show me where the elevators were. Iended up having to drag it out of her in order to get to my room. I've stayed at a lot of hotel rooms, and this small act didn't make me feel welcome.

Had high hopes, left with none

The room is pretty small, very basic, the window seems to be a joke so there wasn’t much ventilation in the room. The cleaning doesn’t happen everyday The breakfast for the cost was really bad. Recommend going elsewhere for the costs. The bar up top is nice however.

There is too much dust in the room, including on the carpet and curtains. It’s difficult to ventilate the dust because the window only opens a little. There is also a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The reception feels like it’s run by AI. “The breakfast isn’t worth the price. Even when the orange juice runs out, they don’t refill it. However the view and the location was good.

Unpleasant Experience

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The booking was made online with card details stored. When we arrived we were asked to pay. We tried 4 different cards and each was declined. The Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, making us feel like criminals. She said she had been taking card payments all day, so there was certainly nothing wrong with the card machine. She said if we wanted to stay we had to pay in cash and told us there was an ATM at the train station. We went there, it was broken. We walked around the city and eventually found an ATM, but had to pay a transaction fee. We walked 20 minutes back to the hotel and paid in cash. While we were doing so, we noticed that the person checking in next to us was having the same problem. The problem was with the card reader! The Receptionist offered no apology for making us go to an ATM. She was not wearing a name badge and when we asked for her name, she ignored us and went to get a manager. The manager told us her name was Ms Dulas and apologised for her unsatisfactory behaviour. There was no reason to treat us like this and we spent the rest of our stay trying to avoid her. It is a shame that the hotel cannot take the payment directly from the online booking when such difficulties arise

Area is walkable to the old town and the central train station. It is safe with many dining options as well as a supermarket. The room is well sized for two with big luggage. Kettle is available upon request. Staff was friendly and helpful!
