Wonderful staff, clean hotel rooms, and right in the city center (about 15-20 minutes from the INN airport). Walked right out the door and had plenty of options for food, drinks, and museums/cultural events (there was a fair happening down the street from the hotel when we visited with pop-up shops, bars and food). Would highly recommend.

We loved staying here while in Innsbruck. Staff welcoming & helpful. (Communicate fluently in German or English) Our room was spacious & clean. We overlooked a busy street but with the windows closed noises were blocked. (Usually AC is not a concern for us but it was warmer than average in September so we actually used it at night) Great location! Around the corner to a street leading to old town and around the opposite corner to catch two local buses (at Maria-Theresien Str stop) we wanted to utilize. Breakfast was included with our rate and offered many coffee drinks, tea, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs & more. The breakfast staff also excellent.

The Maximilian is a beautiful place to stay in Innsbruck. Great location, comfortable room and bed, good shower and great breakfast. The staff was friendly and always helpful. I liked that we got free use of bus/trolley transportation during our 3 night stay.
