We were welcomed by Kano, he was very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions about the area. The room was just perfect! We do not need a lot of space for one night so the room was just right. The view was AMAZING! The room had everything we need; hot shower with great water pressure, fridge, coffee machine, kettle for hot tea, kitchen sink, dishes, extra pillows and blankets to keep us warm at night, and extras like tea and coffee. We plan on making a trip back to just explore Austria, will definitely be returning Pradl Elf.

Just a fifteen minute walk from both the city centre and the KI climbing gym. Friendly staff and a modern, clean room with a small kitchenette, perfect for a couple days' stay. Also loved the Welcome Card they provide for stays longer than two nights, which gets you free rides on all public transport within the city and a few other cool perks.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.

Max 15 min walk to train station. Small kitchen in room with new pots & pans, utensils, dishwasher & detergent…… we arrived early and the room is ready to check in. E mail us the free downtown transportation pass in advance. Housekeeping everyday. Room is spacious.

Pros: Very beautiful and well situated, everything is walkable under 30 minutes. A lot of amenities. Cons: No air conditioning, during warm days it gets very hot inside. Very limited reception hours. Next to a bar which can be noisy some nights.

Great experience! We arrived at 9 AM and our room was already ready, but the accommodation had already informed us that we could leave our luggage at the reception while the room was getting ready. We were welcomed by Keno, and he was amazing—he treated us very well and was super helpful! The room was great, very clean, and spacious. Highly recommended!

Its not practical if you can’t check in at in airport hotel at 2p.m.! Later I waited half an hour to check in because only 2 counters were open for at least 15 people who wanted to check in. Also the amenities like shower gel and shampoo were dirty and partly not useable.
