"Great location to everything in Coligny area. Walked to everything and took an Uber to Sea Pines. Great Hidden Gem Sports Bar next to the Coral Sands “Hinchey’s” - great food. Had. a wonderful 10 days in Hilton Head at the Coral Sands. "

"Clean room, lovely property with the essentials, live music, fire pits and the ocean. Was however expecting a microwave and really pissed that there was no cable tv. Absolutely nothing to watch on the channels. That felt like being cheated, but overall lovely property... would go again. "

"To pay for valet parking,but staff not always there,slow retrieve the car.surprised $10 tip on my credit card!!!!’no breakfast but advertising that available.coffee in the lobby is warm!!!front dash staff are good,but not enough to accommodate the check in time."

"Only stayed one night, but would come again. Great location. The pool deck is great, we stayed with our toddler and the pool was awesome for him. Half of it is only a foot deep, so super easy for toddler splashing. "

"The room was clean and large, but otherwise vastly outdated. Overall, for the money, I would recommend recommend renting a VRBO for the price, as the elevator sounded like it was going to break...the ice machine was broken on two floors, it was Masters week and the tv's in the outs bar were also broken. The property is very dated and feels old. This hotel is in need of a major overhaul- I believe they should knock down one half and rebuild and do the same with the other side the following year."

"Overall, the stay was not terrible however, when we first checked in, the bathroom door would not close. Unfortunately, I was with my stepson and we were unable to use the bathroom or shower. I immediately went to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man up, but we inevitably had to leave for our reservations. When we got back at 11 o’clock, the door still had not been fixed nor did they let us know. When I went back to the front desk, they were trying to send the maintenance man back up at 11 o’clock PM. I asked for a new room and they inevitably agreed to move me. After we were moved, the stay was fine. It is a historical building so it’s not brand new and I don’t expect it to be. It’s nice for what it was however, I’m not certain we would stay again. "

"Great location with so much potential, but really run down. The hotel advertises being recently updated but there is a layer of funk to it. The rooms feel just barely clean and the pool and hot tub are gross. "
