"We have a great time at the Hyatt. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. However, the pool was a total disappointment. When we enter the gym going towards the pool it smelled heavily of bleach and chlorine. There was no filter on and quite frankly we were concerned for our health if we got in. How ironic on the elevator two guest was talking about the same thing. The pool needs to be so much better."
