Room 237, had a clogged drain in shower. Maintenance did clearly the drain, but the drain continued to have a very strong mold/mildew odor that was very noticeable in the room the whole duration of the stay. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel is in a good location for walking to dining and events.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Savannah! The staff was polite, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. A special shoutout to Ms. Jackie for her generosity and for going above and beyond to make sure our needs were taken care of. ❤️ The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for exploring Savannah. And if you stop by the bar, be sure to see Eric—he makes amazing drinks! 🍹 Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to our family and friends visiting Savannah. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a slight issue at check-in we were given a studio king instead of the room we booked a 1 bedroom king suite. We were able to get the issue resolved quickly and the front desk person even personally changed the sheets on our bed to get our room ready. She definitely went above and beyond.
