"The location was ok and convenient near the riverside . The place may be used some updates. "

"The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were the right size for us. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great."

"The pool was closed because they neglected to get it pre approved by board of health which needed to be done. Someone dropped the ball on that. I was very disappointed since the pool was the main reason I booked the property. I was not happy and insisted to be recompensed for that and was given a 25% refund on our room for the entire stay (the squeaky wheel gets greased). Our room was not cleaned when we returned at 2:45 which is unacceptable for people staying multiple nights. We needed to shower and dress for an event so we just exchanged used towels for new towels and made our own beds. Not something I want to do on vacation. The hallways need a refresh. Carpets fraying and need to be repainted. Lastly our bathroom was in need of refresh. If all these things get addressed the hotel would be worth the price. Otherwise not."

"The staff were amazing! A special shout out to Lamont the bellman! We loved being in the heart of Savannah right next to the Olde Pink House and enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese receptions. The downside is that it was very noisy on the weekend. "

"The room description is very misleading. Some of the rooms have no window with a view of the outside world. It will overlook the inside elevator. I can’t imagine this is safe and also when morning comes you have no way of knowing.. no window for light to come in. Very claustrophobic and confining. "
