"Check in was easy, hotel staff were helpful, valet were exceptionally helpful and engaging. It was easy to navigate to our trolley and other activities we chose to do. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good and many options on the menu. We ate other meals outside the restaurant. The concierge was great at giving information on where to consider eating. We loved Savannah and the staff and location of The Desoto made our stay warm and welcoming."
