"This property needs help. The breakfast was ok, as expected, but there was a fair bit of mold in the shower. Staff were advised and did nothing. Instead of using the proper grout, they have cheap caulking throughout the bathroom which is molding. Towels and linens were often stained, and frayed, generally worn out. The carpet was clean but very worn out. Ceiling had lots of signs of repair. This property could use a refresher "

"My family and I have been loyal guests of River Rock for a number of years, and it has always been a pleasure to stay here. The quality and hospitality consistently delivered is a big part of why we keep coming back. However, I feel it’s important to share some concerns from our most recent visit that fell short of the standard we’ve come to expect. I do want to highlight that the front desk agent I interacted with was genuinely professional, warm, and helpful. They were a real bright spot in the experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived in my room, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. This was deeply concerning and not something I ever expected to encounter at your property. I reported it to staff and the matter was addressed, but the experience was unsettling and left a lasting impression on what should have been a relaxing stay. I’m sharing this not to be critical, but because I genuinely value River Rock and want to see it continue to be the exceptional destination it has always been for us. "

"Highly recommended for a short stopover to catch an early flight with the hotel’s free airport shuttle. The room was clean&comfortable and front desk staffs were helpful and polite."
