"I ended up having to cut my trip short so only stayed 1 night out of the full 5 days I booked. Tried to get a partial refund but wasn’t allowed because I booked a non-refundable. Can’t really complain about that though as it was non-refundable, but would have been great if they could have done something. It’s a bit of an older hotel, at the end of the Waikiki strip, but still within walking distance of everything in Waikiki."
