The room was disgusting, full of roaches all throughout the INTERIOR of the room. Wanted a refund for the remaining nights and they declined. Poor and horrible service.

The rooms are loud, you hear everything within the halls. The bathroom in our room was not what was advertised in photos and the shower was nothing but a dark tiled triangle in the corner, you could barely shave your legs in the tiny space, and we are smaller sized, I cannot see how anyone of larger stature could fit. No microwave in room either. For the price, not worth it. Pool appears nice but isn’t.

Central location, great service. Staff very friendly and helpful from valet to front desk to housekeeping. Food at resto was good (ahi katsu, cabbage salad) and was able to extend stay 1/2 day rate (convenient for 10pm flight). Had steamer, blow dryer in room and a balcony
