Very clean room, staff was amazing and they had a karaoke bar inside which was affordable. Parking we didn’t use but it’s there and convenient 45$ a night. Same as other locations if not cheaper.

Good spot in center of Waikiki. Room was cleaned. Good customer service at front desk. Free parking was the best, but going up 6 levels was a little bit of a pain. Lots of food options and shopping around. About 10 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access around Waikiki.

Overall, a comfortable and clean stay. Staff was professional and very friendly. The rooms are dated and worn. Saw some paint chipped off doors and walls. Scuffs all around. The hotel was undergoing renovations so maybe they will address the wear and tear of the rooms at some point. Saw some other complaints about the noise coming from Dukes, but it didn’t bother us and noise was over by the time we went to bed. Dukes sounded like a fun time! Despite the wear and tear, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the amenities and location. We would definitely recommend!

Room was clean Staff are ok I asked more than two time to give me my check out receipt and they said will email it I called twice to get it send and again nothing and I just called now gave her another email just incase I’m wrong still nothing
