10/10 Excellent

"We booked the presidential suite. Great set up having a separate bedroom. While I sleep my husband can enjoy watching television in the living room area without disturbing me. Having a full size fridge and a kitchen was the reason we booked, and it did not disappoint. The stiove was not working but the staff was there right away to help us out to a working stove. The staff were all great and helpful. Breakfast was a plus with variety of selection. This will be our go to hotel when in Edmonton."

"West Edmonton Mall Inn was across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. You will need to cross a parking lot and a two way street to get to the mall from the hotel. This hotel has a microwave and offers free continental breakfast. It is near a playground and a soccer area. The bathroom facilities need an update. Water flow was slow in the faucet sink and took a while for the water to warm up. They allow baggage storage prior to check in and after check out. Overall, the hotel was okay."

"The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! The first room we were allotted came with a broken window, damaged and scratched furniture, not a single lamp shade was able to maintain its proper position, plug ins (as few as they were) did not work, bathroom sink was discusting and there was hair in the shower curtain (didn’t know until the morning), phone didn’t even work to be able to call a bell person to assist us with our luggage as we planned to leave. We were obviously going to check out, I told the front desk person my issues with the accommodation we were provided and that I wanted to check out early, they assured me they could find me another room suitable. We left to shop for a few hours and returned to see our new room. We were given the exact same room number one floor below! No broken window, the plug ins and phone were in working order. However, the ‘new’ room was also in very poor condition as the previous room. We were awoken at 1230 by the adjoining rooms children, one of which cried for over an hour … not the hotels fault, but just another thing to solidify the terrible condition of the hotel that also had ZERO soundproofing. The next morning when we check out, i tried to call the front desk for a bellman to assist us with our bags and no one would answer the phone no mater how long it rang. When we got all our stuff down to the lobby, 3 people were standing around … I guess to busy to answer the phone or ask how our stay was. DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst hotel ever!"

"I requested so I didn't have to walk far and they accommodated me. Thank you so much. The free breakfast we were choosing off the menu because there was no buffet. We were okay with that and had a wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff and the rooms were spacious."

"We went to the room and noticed some issues - no clothes iron - outdated bath tub, broken tissue holder - dried spillage or vomit hidden behind the couch The pool is a decent size for kids. It needs a good cleaning as dirt marks is visible on the poolside. No shower for rinsing. The free breakfast is good for kids. Not much selection. The dog park is not well maintained, poop all over. The staff are helpful and prompt. They do regular cleaning of our room daily. Overall, the hotel is good for a cheap stay. Lower your expectations."
