A really nice facility. My room was next to the pool so I was worried about noise, but since it closed down at 10 it was really no problem. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff were great to interact with.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Hotel! This was our second time staying here, and we love the area—it’s so convenient to all the nearby stores and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and even gave us the same room we had during our first stay, as well as honoring our request for the highest possible floor. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Was close to West Edmonton Mall and orher shopping centers. Room was decent and tidy. The tower was like a separate cindo unit with great privacy. Would recommend staying.

The room was good. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed it kept sliding open. Unfortunately while waiting to check in I was dripped on from the ceiling. There was no signs or markings that it was leaking.

The room was dirty. Room smelt like it was an old smoking room. Hotel is very loud between traffic and slamming doors. When you entered and exited the hotel there was always so many people outside smoking. Wont be staying here again.
